I used to be fat. Now, I'm just "overweight" and working towards normal. I love hiking, trail running, cycling and generally being a goof. This blog is about my journey to be healthy, how I got where I am and how I'm going to get where I want to be.

That sounds awesome.....so glad you are going to do it! They have a training manual you can buy but I think I will wait till it is closer to my race time to get it!
